4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access the Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You may only create and maintain one (1) Account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

gn168 implements mandatory KYC verification procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You will be required to submit the following documents within seven (7) days of account creation or before your first withdrawal, whichever occurs first:

• Clear photograph or scan of your valid KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing full name, photograph, date of birth, and NIK (Nomor Induk Kependudukan);
• Selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face with both clearly visible;
• Additional documentation including proof of address or payment method verification may be requested at our discretion.

Verification typically processes within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours during business days. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in account suspension and inability to withdraw funds until verification is successfully completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials including username and password. 5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.4 Currency

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gn168 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, interruptions, errors, or omissions in the Platform;
• Loss of winnings, deposits, or bonuses due to Terms violations;
• Actions taken by us in good faith based on suspected Terms violations.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification
